The video section plays on a standard DVD player. It includes vintage footage from the 1930s with a narrative explanation of the moves of the dance, plus specially shot footage of the modern team.

The DVD ROM section can be viewed on a computer. In includes a wealth of information on every member who has danced with the team, all the costumes worn through the ages, details of the dance notation and music, hundreds of photographs, video clips from the 1920s to the present day, and archive documents and brochures relating to the team.
